Anna: Class of 2017

The heat...oh, the darned AR heat!  And humidity.  Dear Summer, let's break up, K?  I'm so ready for you to be gone!  I have a new love, and his name is Fall, and he is waiting for you to get out!

During what I'm hoping is the last hot/miserable/humid day of the year, I met Anna and her mom yesterday morning for her senior session. Y'all, this girl looked fresh as the morning dew for the entire session, and that is no joke!  She did great, and was so much fun!  She did everything I asked, even if she secretly thought it was stupid.  ;)  She smiled, and laughed, and took that heat like a trooper!

I work with Anna's mom, who is just one of the most precious people I know.  I shot her sister's high school and college senior portraits, and she was a joy to shoot.  Anna is no different.  She is as bright as her smile, and just as sweet!  Anna, thanks for the fun!  I wish you nothing but the best for senior year and beyond!  Good Luck!!

Tayler & Alexis: Cheer

Nothing will make you laugh (or feel as old) more than hanging out with a couple of high school cheerleaders for an afternoon.  These girls met me up at the high school football field for some fun cheer shots.  We laughed.  We sweated.  We climbed up bleachers and back down.  They were up for anything I asked (even fake laugh), and we got some great shots!  Gorgeous girls!

I love this friend so very much, and I always enjoy getting to see her and her family each year during their photo session.  The girls are adorable and hilarious, and I spend most of the time laughing!  We met in down town BK for this (hot) session, but we found enough shade to stay cool.....ish.  Enjoy a few of my faves!

Making the most of the gorgeous Sunday weather we had - Fall is SO just around the corner! - I shot these pretty people too!  This family is always so fun to shoot, and these kiddos keep me on my toes!  Rowan - that hair and that smile!  Heartbreaker!  Hadley - I love your skills of entertainment, and you are one of the best twirlers I know!  ;)  Thanks for being so fun!

This adorable family was so much fun, and these boys...so funny!  Brothers are always a hoot!  The weather was so pretty Sunday, and the lawn of the Clinton Presidential Library was filled with the prettiest light!  It made for a perfect backdrop!  Enjoy this little sneak peek of my faves!

Neely: Class of 2017

 Met this lovely and her family for her senior session this past Sunday afternoon. She was a natural in front of the camera, and was so easy to photograph. We had a good time. Dad cracked a few jokes. She rolled her eyes. And we got some beautiful images of this beautiful girl! Sure makes my job easy!
