Tayler & Alexis: Cheer

Nothing will make you laugh (or feel as old) more than hanging out with a couple of high school cheerleaders for an afternoon.  These girls met me up at the high school football field for some fun cheer shots.  We laughed.  We sweated.  We climbed up bleachers and back down.  They were up for anything I asked (even fake laugh), and we got some great shots!  Gorgeous girls!

I love this friend so very much, and I always enjoy getting to see her and her family each year during their photo session.  The girls are adorable and hilarious, and I spend most of the time laughing!  We met in down town BK for this (hot) session, but we found enough shade to stay cool.....ish.  Enjoy a few of my faves!

Making the most of the gorgeous Sunday weather we had - Fall is SO just around the corner! - I shot these pretty people too!  This family is always so fun to shoot, and these kiddos keep me on my toes!  Rowan - that hair and that smile!  Heartbreaker!  Hadley - I love your skills of entertainment, and you are one of the best twirlers I know!  ;)  Thanks for being so fun!

This adorable family was so much fun, and these boys...so funny!  Brothers are always a hoot!  The weather was so pretty Sunday, and the lawn of the Clinton Presidential Library was filled with the prettiest light!  It made for a perfect backdrop!  Enjoy this little sneak peek of my faves!

Neely: Class of 2017

 Met this lovely and her family for her senior session this past Sunday afternoon. She was a natural in front of the camera, and was so easy to photograph. We had a good time. Dad cracked a few jokes. She rolled her eyes. And we got some beautiful images of this beautiful girl! Sure makes my job easy!

Nate: 3 Mos

This guy is certainly growing fast, but I think his cheeks may be growing a little quicker!  It was all I could do not to just squeeze them the whole time!  :)  I love Nate's momma and daddy like family, and I so love getting to share these moments with them.  The smiles were hard earned, but oh so worth it.  Nate!  I love your guts!  You are one loved little boy, and I can't wait to watch you grow!!

Jilian Cate: 1 Month

Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice - that is what Jillian Cate just added to her household of 4 brothers. Christina's 5th pregnancy was a sweet surprise from God. When she told me it was a girl, well, I don't think anyone was expecting that! "I think it will be a boy." She said. "We are just a boy family, and I totally know how to be a boy mom. I would love another boy." Christina and Trey never expected to be changing pink ruffly clothes and choosing hairbows for Sunday morning. But that is what God does. He takes our worlds, and turns them upside down. But I can't think of a sweeter family for sweet little Jillian Cate to be born into, and I know without a doubt, she will be raised to bring honor and glory to her maker - just like her brothers are.
And the brothers!! Jay, Logan, Noah, and Mason are already her biggest fans, and so enamored with her! She will grow up one of the toughest (and most well protected) girls ever!
Jillian Cate - I cannot wait to watch you grow! I am so thankful for you and your sweet family and the friendship we've shared for years. You are a blessing and so very loved!
